Everything you may need to know about shipping:

Although this a completely volunteer run store we strive to meet your expectations. A good ninety percent of the time orders are fulfilled within one day. Over holidays and during the holiday season you can of course expect some short delays. When we can we will personally alert you via emall to any that would be more than a week.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders leave our processing center in 1 to 3 business days and standard delivery in the United States is typically 7 to 10 days. Delivery outside the United States varies and will take longer for delivery.
  • If you need your order delivered faster than standard delivery please contact us.
  • A signature may be required if your order is over $100.
  • If your order is not shipped to your verified billing address there could be delays processing your order, and there will not be any coverage for lost or stolen shipments.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are based on the weight of the merchandise, and the specific rates provided by the selected shipping carrier. To determine your exact shipping rate you can check the rates on the product page, or you can view your cart and after entering your address your shipping rates will be displayed. These rates are live, but can still be inaccurate, usually on the low side. We will advise if additional shipping fees are necessary.

Return Policy & Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it unused within seven (7) business days of delivery. For items purchased between Halloween and Christmas, merchandise must be returned to our warehouse no later than January 10th. All merchandise must be unused. If the merchandise has been used returns cannot be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is split into two components, domestic shipping and international shipping. Domestic shipping refers to orders being shipped within the United States. International shipping refers to orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Domestic Shipping Information – Shipments Within United States

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you place your order. The fees generally range between $5 to $20 depending on your preferred delivery method and the number of products ordered. They are weight based, and are approximate. Some items require separate packaging.

Domestic Shipping Methods:
We offer shipping through the US Postal Service. If you don’t see a particular shipping method available during checkout, it is because one of the items you are purchasing may have shipping restrictions.

Signature Requirements:
A signature may be required upon delivery for all orders over $100. This protects our customers from delivery errors by reducing the chances of an order being delivered to the wrong destination.

Undeliverable Shipments:
If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address that was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees to have the item re-shipped. Customers of undeliverable shipments will be contacted via email for redelivery.

Shipping Address/Billing Address:
If your order is not shipped to your verified billing address it might be required to verify your order by phone, and there will not be any coverage for lost or stolen shipments.

Domestic Delivery Time:
Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery from the date your order is placed for USPS First Class, and USPS Priority. Although average delivery time is typically less than 5 days after your order is completed, we ask that you allow additional time to compensate for any slowdowns within the postal service. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible to make sure we meet your delivery deadline.

Shipping Miscalculations:
In the rare event that shipping charges are erroneously calculated due to a communications error, or any other cause, you will be contacted and the charges will be corrected.

Backorders:
If an item ordered is out of stock the order might be placed on backorder until the order can be shipped, and the customer will be notified via email. If there are multiple items it is possible that the order will be split and in-stock items will be shipped first, followed by backordered items once available. There are no additional charges for split orders due to backorders.

Third Party Delivery Delays:
We are not responsible for third party delivery delays, such as postal delays, UPS delays, weather delays, strikes, layoffs, or any delays that occur outside of our corporate organization. We will facilitate delivery of your package with our delivery partners, but since these partners are separate entities, we have limited control over their performance.

International Shipping Information - Outside United States

International Restrictions:
Some products we are unable to ship outside the US (or Canada). Normally our cart will warn you beforehand.

International Shipping Methods:
We offer international shipping via the US Postal Service to most global destinations it serves. The least expensive shipping method is USPS First Class Mail International. We also offer Priority Mail International.. We suggest that you select the method that suits your needs. For orders in excess of $100 USD we recommend Priority Mail International to ensure your order is insured against loss or damage.

International Shipping Restrictions:
There are special restrictions which prevent us from shipping some items to certain countries. That is usually noted in the product description, and upon checkout.

International Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated automatically when you place your order. The fees generally range between $8 to $50 depending on your preferred delivery method and the number of products ordered. These fees are based on weight only and are approximate. We will contact you should the fee be inaccurate as to actual shipping costs.

International Delivery Time:
Please allow at least 15 days for delivery. Average international delivery time is typically less than 15-days after your order is completed, but we ask that you allow additional time to compensate for any slowdowns within the postal service or customs inspections. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible to make sure we meet your delivery deadline.
